Hotel services and facilities include 24-hour reception, lobby, lounge, Wi-Fi in all areas, fax & photocopy service (extra charge), outdoor swimming pool, waterslides, sunbeds & umbrellas (free at the pool, with extra charge at the beach), pool/beach towels (deposit & extra charge), sun terrace, garden, onsite parking, shuttle service to/from Acharavi or Kassiopi village (€3 extra charge per person, 2 times per day), doctor on call (extra charge), first aid, restaurant and bar.

Rooms feature air-conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, direct-dial telephone, safety deposit box (extra charge), flat-screen TV (with satellite channels), mini fridge, bathtub/WC or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathroom amenities, balcony/terrace, wake-up service, maid service (6 times per week), towel change (every 3rd day), linen change (every 3rd day), laundry service (extra charge).

Dress code: smart casual is required during dinner in the restaurant (No shorts, no flip flop).

In case of choosing the option of all-inclusive: The All Inclusive-concept includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) and mealtime drinks such as soft drinks, beer, wine, water, and alcoholic drinks, all the local brands. Drinks are served from morning until late evening (approx until 22.00 -23.00 hrs). Opening times vary between different hotels. In certain hotels, the activities program is also included.
